As a Regional Recruitment Consultancy with Global reach focused on the recruitment of Professional and Para Professionals and Field Supervisory Personnel within our Specialist Sectors, the personal information that we collect and hold will usually be candidate information, submitted and or sourced from the Candidate and other avenues. This information is utilized internally in the assessment of a candidate’s suitability for the roles we have at any particular point in time.
During our normal day to day business activities, we will retain all candidate data in our secure databases. Our standard practice ensures that we do not disclose candidate data to any Client / Prospective Employer/Service Provider such as Psychologist without the candidate’s specific permission.
We take blue collar / Working class staff recruitment only if it is with large project, which includes sourcing of critical / Senior / Engineering positions.
